Awesome mount!

I purchased this winch mounting plate to install a Harbor Freight, Badlands, 2500 lb winch on my 2003 Honda Foreman Rubicon 500. The install was easy, and a perfect fit. Be aware though, that the fairlead roller that comes with the Badlands winch is not the American Standard mounting size!! The one provided with the winch, has 4 1/4" mounting holes...This winch mounting plate, as with most other mounting plates, has the American Standard 4 and 7/8 in mounting holes. Other than having to go and purchase an additional fairlead roller, the install was easy and Hardware seems to be of good quality.

01-04 rubicon winch mount

just installed the kfi winch mount combo on my 01 honda rubicon.im really impressed,with quality ,feel and product.the plate is much better than others ive seen for this model,the tabs on the rear that also tie it in to the frame at the bumper mount too is a nice touch,really strengthens the mount connection,others i saw were basically a flat plate that didnt have the rear tabs. strong mount,keep up the good work.winch seems good,more testing of that later....scott P
